I would 100% recommend Canton Chair Rental! The service was great! I talked to an Ashley when I called, and she went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed and answered all my questions! I am very impressed with the service. When they arrived, Lance greeted me and was extremely nice! They set everything up for us and everything was clean and looked very nice! We will be using them again!

We were looking for an elegant retro pole tent that had a Renaissance type feel to it. Several tent companies tried to talk me out of it. I called Kiatina at Canton Chair Rental and she was extremely helpful in figuring what we needed for our wedding event. The crew showed up when promised and were very organized and professional. The tent was beautiful, and the cafe string lights they installed were just the right amount of light to create a nice ambiance. The dance floor was a nice addition as well. Canton Chair was a pleasure to work with! I’d give them 4 out of 4 stars and two thumbs up!

We used Canton Chair Rental this past weekend for my daughter’s wedding. We rented round tables, Chiavari chairs, water goblets, mauve lace table coverings and three backdrops. These items changed the look of an older banquet hall into an elegant wedding venue! It was beautiful. My husband and I recently used Canton Chair Rental for our wedding on October 12th, 2019 in Wooster, Ohio. We worked primarily with Anne and she was so easy to work with considering we lived out of state. She replied promptly to emails, helped us develop an event schedule and made our vision come to reality. We rented a losberger tent, chiavari chairs, table linens, chargers, tables, etc. for our reception and string lights, heaters, linens etc. for our cocktail hour area. Everything came in good condition and looked really nice. We cannot recommend Canton Chair Rental enough; you won’t be disappointed!

We used Canton Chair Rental for my daughter’s wedding. They are located approximately 50 miles from our selected venue. From the very start, they were professional and courteous. The property we selected was privately owned by our family. They made appointments with us to survey the area and plan for our layout. They sent us a layout for approval giving us time to make any changes. We rented a bounce house, generators (which were like brand new) tables, chairs, full linens, dishes, flatware, dance floor, & chandeliers. Three days prior to our event we experienced a flash flood and were unable to get to our property. We called them and told them we were searching for an alternative location. 48 hours later, we secured a second location and they drove out immediately to assess the new outdoor venue. Within hours, they provided us with an alternative layout to accommodate the new area. Within the timeframe we had, the sun came out and dried our original location. We asked them if they could try to make it work for us. They said they would, but after reviewing the land, they determined that the ground was too saturated to stake so we proceeded to the new location and they did their set up. The set-up crew was so friendly and efficient, they finished their part giving us plenty of time to decorate with our final touches. The quality of their items was outstanding, and their customer service is unmatched by many. We can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend them.

I had the opportunity to rent a canopy from your company last weekend. I called the weekend prior fearful I was too late and you’d be all sold out because of weddings, graduations, etc. Much to my surprise, Rachel informed me that you indeed had the size I needed in stock! She patiently walked me through the reservation process. I quickly made the reservation, received the necessary paperwork (via email) and went about rest of my Saturday afternoon. On Tuesday, I called her about a form I needed to complete and return – once again, she was so polite, patient and sweet! Even the 2 guys that delivered the equipment were patient, polite, on-time and professional! As Service Manager, I’m constantly encountering ways NOT to treat a client (whether retail, fast food, etc.) and I felt you, Rachel and the delivery guys should be commended on the fine job and wonderful attitudes exhibited by all. All around nice job! Thank you for helping make my daughter’s graduation party a success!

Yesterday’s event turned out very well! It was so nice not having to worry if the tent, tables, chairs, propane, etc. was going to get there and if it was going to be suitable for what we needed. I’ve worked with places who were NOT reliable, and trust me, with everything else we had on our minds yesterday, we sure didn’t want to have to worry about that. Everything was perfect! Everything we needed was there and your guys were very professional as well. They gave us their full attention when they were there setting up and never blinked if we wanted a little thing changed. Like I mentioned, this was my first time being involved with an event which required tents, etc. and I can honestly say the next time, I know just where to go and from whom I need to order to get exactly what I need. Thank you also for your patience with my many questions and changes. Prayerfully, next time, I won’t have as many. Thanks so much again!
